Store Policies


Our number one policy is to treat our customers like Queens.  We offer

quality products, easy ordering, and good customer care.

Methods of payment: We accept Paypal, Visa, Master Card, American

Express  and Discover cards. 

Personal checks are accepted with a ten day hold for the  checks to clear.


Shipping: Merchandise will be shipped using Ground Service where possible. 

In addition , some items may be shipped directly from the manufacturer to customers.

The time needed to ship merchandise will vary depending on location and time of year.

Customers should expect a 7 to 10 day delivery time.


Before you order knives, please check with your local law enforcement 

for the laws in your area.  Knife laws vary in different areas.

We will be adding kitchen knives to our site at a later time.


Damaged Shipments. Always check packages you receive from anyone. 

If a package is damaged or torn do not accept the package from the delivery man. 

Send it back. 

 Damaged shipments from handling must be claimed with the freight carrier

We cannot cover any physical damage that your product may incur in shipping.

If you receive any package that is damaged, follow these instructions:

  1. Note any damages on the receipt
  2. Refuse the shipment if possible so that it is returned to manufacturer
  3. For partially damaged or hidden damage refuse if possible.
  4. If the package has been accepted, then mark it on the receipt and save  all boxes and paperwork and call the carrier to come back .  You have 10 ca lander days from date of receipt to place a claim.  The shipping cartons should be kept in the same condition as received.

Manufacturers Defects. If a product appears to have a manufacture’s

defect, email our Customer Service department for instructions. Do not return

products to us without first  contacting us to receive instructions.

If an item is to be returned to us due to manufactures defect, you must

first receive a Return Authorization Number. No packages will be

accepted without a Return Authorization Number written clearly on the package.


Return Merchandise Policy. Permission for any return merchandise must

be secured from our return department. You have 30 days from the ship date

to receive refunds. There will be a 20% restocking charge for refunds.

You must email the refund request to support@kitchengadgetssite.com

(with "RETURN" in the subject field), at which time the return

authorization number (RA#) with return instructions will be sent to you.

No packages will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number written

clearly on the package. Products being returned must have a RA# issued before returned.

If you received a different product than initially purchased, the item must be

returned with the following:

·  All original contents (product, manuals, instructions, etc.).

·  Original packaging.

·  Original invoice or receipt.


We can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.

You are responsible for all freight charges on shipments that are refused or

returned with no fault on our part. We are not responsible for incidental or

consequential damages or losses to defective products, errors in shipping your

order, or other errors. The limit of our liability is the replacement cost of

any item you purchase from us.
